Please read these Terms of Service (‘Terms’) carefully before using the Renewora mobile application (‘App’). By creating an account or using Renewora, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our App.
1. Description of Service
Renewora is a mobile application that provides AI-generated personal synthesis reports combining numerology and astrology. Our services include:
• Personal synthesis reports based on your name, date, time, and place of birth
• Numerological analysis including Life Path, Expression, Soul Urge, and other derived numbers
• Astrological natal chart interpretation and personal transit alerts
• Daily affirmations, weekly and monthly forecasts
• Compatibility readings for pairs of individuals
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: All content provided by Renewora — including reports, forecasts, affirmations, and interpretations — is for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. Renewora is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, psychological, financial, legal, or therapeutic advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on content generated by Renewora.
2. Eligibility
To use Renewora, you must:
• Be at least 17 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable law
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
By using Renewora, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account creation
To access most features of Renewora, you must create an account by providing your email address, password, and birth information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information updated.
3.2 Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@renewora.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain account security.
3.3 One account per person
Each person may maintain only one Renewora account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limitations or obtain multiple free trials is prohibited.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
4.1 Free plan
Renewora offers a free tier that includes access to the Synthesis Profile report, Monthly Forecast, and one Compatibility reading (Friendship & Connection only, one person). Free plan features are subject to change at our discretion.
4.2 PRO subscription
Renewora PRO unlocks all features including all 16 depth reports, Weekly Forecast, Daily Affirmation, Transit Alerts, and full Compatibility access (up to 5 people, 3 reports each). PRO is available as a monthly ($8.99/month) or annual ($59.99/year) subscription.
4.3 Free trial
New subscribers may be offered a 3-day free trial. The trial converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before it ends. Each user is eligible for only one free trial.
4.4 Billing and renewal
Subscriptions are billed in advance and auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Billing is processed by Apple App Store or Google Play depending on your device.
4.5 Price changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with reasonable notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing period. We will notify you of changes through the App or by email.
4.6 Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain PRO access until that date. We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods except where required by law. For refund requests, contact support@renewora.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the App through automated means
• Use the App to generate content intended to harass, harm, or defame any person
• Circumvent any access controls, subscription limitations, or security features
• Create multiple accounts to obtain multiple free trials
• Resell, sublicense, or commercialise any content generated by the App
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our content
The Renewora App, including its design, branding, underlying algorithms, and all non-user-generated content, is owned by Renewora and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from any part of our App without our express written permission.
6.2 Your generated reports
Reports, affirmations, and other content generated specifically for you are provided for your personal use. You may share individual quotes and affirmations on personal social media provided you credit Renewora. You may not sell or commercially exploit your generated content.
6.3 Your data
You retain ownership of the information you provide (name, birth data). By providing this information, you grant us a limited licence to process it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Services
Renewora integrates with Anthropic (AI generation), Supabase (data storage), Apple App Store, and Google Play (payments). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service practices.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
RENEWORA IS PROVIDED ‘AS IS’ AND ‘AS AVAILABLE’ WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RENEWORA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to Renewora in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $50 USD.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renewora and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through Settings → Delete Account. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of Renewora after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
